    Phase 2, multicenter, OLE study to evaluate the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of infigratinib, an FGFR (fibroblast growth factor receptor) 1-3-selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor, in participants with Hypochondroplasia (HCH) who previously completed ACCEL 2/3, and potentially additional participants who completed ACCEL. Participants rolling over directly from the observational ACCEL study must have had at least a 6-month period of growth assessment in that study.

    The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of eloralintide compared with placebo in participants with persistent obesity or overweight, with or without type 2 diabetes, and on stable incretin background therapy. Participation in the study will last about 80 weeks.

  • Understanding the Role of the Locus Coeruleus in Insomnia

    This research project aims to better understand the neurobiological mechanistic underpinnings of insomnia disorder. The main question is whether cortical hyperarousal in individuals with insomnia disorder, measured by electroencephalograhic (EEG) infraslow oscillation coupling of sigma power during non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep and theta power during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, is related to locus coeruleus activity.

  • Speech-Evoked Auditory Potentials: Multisite Pediatric Evaluation

    The goal of this study is to evaluate the sensitivity of a newly-developed prototype device in its ability to measure brain responses to speech sounds in an infant population. The main research questions are: 1) Is the prototype sensitive to brain response differences from infants with hearing loss with and without hearing aids? and 2) How do the measured brain responses from infants with hearing loss compare to infants with normal hearing who are the same age? Participants will have their brain responses measured using the prototype in response to average-level non-sense speech sounds across 1 to 2 sessions in a "no-hearing aids" condition. Participants with hearing loss who are already fit with hearing aids will additionally undergo a "with hearing aids" recording condition.

  • A Phase I Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Study to Investigate the Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Subcutaneous Durvalumab

    The purpose of the study is to determine a subcutaneous (SC: under the skin) durvalumab + recombinant human hyaluronidase (rHu) dose that yields systemic drug exposure similar to intravenous (IV: into the veins) durvalumab administration and to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and safety of SC durvalumab + rHu injection in participants with different types of solid tumours (cancers).

    This is a randomised, multicentre, controlled, open-label, Phase III global study comparing the efficacy and safety of AZD0120 versus standard regimens (DKd \[daratumumab, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone\], DPd \[daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone\], PVd \[pomalidomide, bortezomib and dexamethasone\], or Kd \[carfilzomib and dexamethasone\]) in participants with RRMM.

  • Study of TN-001 Topical Eyedrops for Keratoconus

    The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if TN-001, a new eye-drop therapy, is safe and well-tolerated in adult patients with progressive keratoconus. It will also provide data on whether this therapy is effective in treating keratoconus. The main questions it aims to answer are: What medical problems do participants have when using TN-001 eyedrops? Does TN-001 eyedrop therapy stop keratoconus from progressing further? Participants will: Take TN-001 eyedrops twice a day, every day, for 3-6 weeks. Visit the clinic once every week for checkups and tests. Keep a diary of their symptoms.

  • A Study to Describe the Effect of Photobiomodulation (Low Level Laser Therapy) in Reducing the Severity and Incidence of Oral Mucositis (Oral Ulceration) in Oral Cancer Patients Undergoing Radiation Treatment

    The goal of this study is to describe the effect of photobiomodulation (PBM) on the incidence and severity of oral mucositis in post-operative oral cancer patients receiving radiotherapy +/- chemotherapy. Participants will receive PBM treatment five times a week throughout the course of their radiotherapy. The main question it aims to answer is whether photobiomodulation reduces the incidence and severity of oral mucositis.
