Study of PRA-216 in Healthy Participants and Participants With Mild-to-Moderate Asthma
Expand descriptionPhase 1 of this study will consist of 2 parts * Part 1 will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of PRA-216 in healthy volunteers through single ascending dose administered by either intravenous (IV) or subcutaneous (SC). * Part 2 will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity of PRA-216 in healthy volunteers with repeat doses of multiple ascending dose administered subcutaneously. Phase 2a of this study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to investigate the efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of PRA-216 in participants with mild to moderate asthma. The dose of PRA-216 for this phase was determined from Phase 1.

A Study of ABT-301 Plus Tislelizumab With Bevacizumab in pMMR/Non-MSI-H Locally Advanced or mCRC
Expand descriptionThe goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of ABT-301 in combination with fixed doses of tislelizumab 200 mg IV infusion and bevacizumab 7.5 mg/kg IV infusion Q3W, in participants with pMMR/non-MSI-H colorectal cancer (CRC). It will also determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and select the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ABT-301. Participants will receive ABT-301 administered once daily (QD ±3 hours) or twice daily (Q12H ±3 hours, at least 9 hours apart) with water in 21-day treatment cycles. Tislelizumab 200 mg IV and bevacizumab 7.5 mg/kg IV Q3W will be given in both parts of the study.

A Study of Zasocitinib in Adults With Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Expand descriptionHidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a skin condition that causes deep, painful bumps on the skin. These bumps usually appear in an area where the skin rubs together. They start as small bumps but may become swollen and red over time. If they fill with pus, these lumps are called abscesses; these can also burst. Over time, the area can get scars and tunnels on or under the skin. Recent studies suggest that the condition may start when hair follicles become damaged and blocked. This impacts the skin and may activate the body's germ-fighting (immune) system. This allows bacteria to grow on the skin which worsens the condition and can cause abscesses. The main aims of this study are to learn how safe zasocitinib is, how well it works and how well adults with HS tolerate it compared with a placebo. The participants will receive the study treatment (either zasocitinib or placebo) for up to 4 months (16 weeks). The placebo looks like the zasocitinib capsule but does not have any medicine in it. After the first 4 months, all participants (also those who initially received placebo) will then receive zasocitinib for up to 8 months (36 weeks). During the study, participants will visit their study clinic 12 times.

ADCX-020 for the Treatment of Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Cancers
Expand descriptionThe purpose of this first-in-human study is to explore the safety, pharmacokinetics and effects of the study drug ADCX-020 in patients with advanced and metastatic solid tumors. ADCX-020 is an investigational anticancer therapy called antibody drug conjugate. This study is set up in multiple parts. In the first part of the study, participants receive increasing doses of ADCX-020. Then 2 or more doses will be assessed to identify the optimal dose. This optimal dose is subsequently evaluated for effect on different cancer types.
