  • Absolute Bioavailability Study of Cizutamig in Healthy Adult Participants

The purpose of this study is to determine the absolute bioavailability of SC administered cizutamig in healthy adult participants.

  • A Study to Test DSP107 in Combination With Atezolizumab in Comparison With Fruquintinib as a New Treatment for Colorectal Cancer.

This clinical study is testing whether a new combination of medicines (DSP107 and atezolizumab) is more effective and safer than an existing treatment (fruquintinib) for people with advanced colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS). Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two treatments, and researchers will monitor how well the cancer responds, how safe the treatments are, and how the body processes them. The study hopes to show that the new combination can improve outcomes for patients with this type of colorectal cancer.

  • A Study to Learn How Different Amounts of the Study Medicine Called PF-07985631 Are Tolerated and Act in the Body in Healthy Adults

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07985631) for the possible treatment of a kidney disease called IgA nephropathy. This study is seeking participants who * are male or female between 18 and 45 years of age (55 for Japanese/Chinese/multiple dose participants) * are deemed to be healthy Participants in this study will receive PF-07985631 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicine being studied. PF-07985631 or placebo will be given as a small needle injection (in the abdomen, thigh or back of the arm) at the study clinic. Most participants will receive PF-07985631 or placebo one time. Some participants may receive PF-07985631 or placebo twice. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving PF-07985631 to those of the people who do not. This will help decide if PF-07985631 is safe and effective. Participants who take PF-07985631 or placebo will take part in this study for about four- four and a half months. During this time, they will stay at the study clinic for 12 to 19 days and will have 7 more study visits at the study clinic. During study clinic stays and study visits, blood samples will be done and safety reviews completed.

  • Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability, PK, and PD of Multiple Doses of ZE63-0302 Administrated Orally in T2DM Patients.

A Phase 1b study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of multiple doses of ZE63-0302 administrated orally in T2DM patients.

  • A First-in-human Study of KT501 Administered Subcutaneously to Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

This is a Phase 1, open-label, first-in-human study to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of KT501 administered subcutaneously to participants with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

  • Is Density Spectral Array Display Along With Bispectral Index Superior to the Display of Bispectral Index Alone

A study to evaluate the use of density spectral array display in comparison with Bispectral index in a clinical setting.

  • A Study to Evaluate the Safety of Increasing Doses of DF5112 in Healthy Adults

This is a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose (SAD) study to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity and pharmacodynamics (PD) of DF5112 in healthy adult participants. A total of 48 participants are planned to be randomized into 6 cohorts. Additional cohorts at intermediate dose levels may be evaluated. Each cohort will include 8 healthy participants randomized to receive DF5112 or placebo through intravenous (IV) or subcutaneous (SC) administration. Following dose administration participants will be confined at the clinical research unit for observation for approximately 1 week and then will return for subsequent pre-identified follow up visits through Day 29.

  • Study of STLX-2012 in Healthy Volunteers

The purpose of this research is to establish the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity of a single IV dose of STLX-2012.

  • A Study to Investigate IGT-303 in Healthy Volunteers and Participants With Chronic Kidney Disease

The goal of this clinical trial is to observe the safety of IGT-303 in healthy volunteers and participants with Chronic Kidney Disease. The main question it aims to answer is: Is IGT-303 safe as a single dose or multiple dose regimen when applied under the skin (subcutaneously (SC)) or to a vein (intravenously (IV)). Researchers will compare IGT-303 against a placebo to see if IGT-303 is safe for use. Participants will be assigned to either IGT-303 or placebo and assessed for safety and tolerability for the duration of the study.

  • INTERACT4 Expansion - Validation Study

As an investigator-initiated and conducted, multi-centre, open-label, single-arm prospective observational trial, INTERACT4 Expansion aims to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of GFAP measured using a point-of-care device, for identifying ICH in participants presenting with acute stroke-like symptoms in the pre-hospital setting compared with imaging-confirmed ICH.
