Brivekimig for the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Expand descriptionThis is a Phase 2b, global, multicenter, sequential, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, dose-ranging study in participants with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa. The purpose of the main study is to assess the efficacy and safety of brivekimig in a dose-ranging study of participants with moderate to severe HS. Study details include: The study duration (per participant) will be up to approximately 60 weeks for participants not transitioning into the long-term extension (LTE) study and will be up to approximately 52 weeks for participants transitioning into the LTE study. The randomized treatment duration will be up to approximately 48 weeks.

Expand descriptionThis is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of infigratinib in participants \< 3 years old with ACH. The purposes of the SAD and Phase 2 portions are to identify and confirm the dose of infigratinib to be used in the Phase 2b portion, based on safety and PK. The purpose of the Phase 2b, placebo-controlled portion is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of infigratinib in children \< 3 years old with ACH at the selected dose.

Gaining comprehensive understanding of the mental, physical and social development of people with CTNNB1 neurodevelopmental syndrome and how their symptoms and abilities change over time will help improve and standardize care for these patients, as well as facilitate future research and clinical trials design.

A Study of AP601 in Patients With Locally Unresectable Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
Expand descriptionA Phase 1, Open-Label Study of the Safety, Tolerability,Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Clinical Activity of AP601 in Patients with Solid Tumours.The study is designed to find the highest dose of AP601 that can be given safely. Participants will be assigned to one of six cohorts. Each cohort will receive a different dose of the study medication, AP601, based on the body weight. Each cohort will initially enrol 1-3 participants. If no serious side effects are seen in the first participant(s), the next cohort will receive the next dose level.

A Master Protocol of Multiple Agents in Adults With Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (SYNERGY-Outcomes)
Expand descriptionThe main purpose of the SYNERGY-OUTCOMES study is to find out whether retatrutide and tirzepatide can prevent major adverse liver outcomes (MALO) in people with high-risk metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). The study will enroll adults who have MASLD based on non-invasive tests (NITs), which indicate they are more likely to develop MALO. Participants will be randomly assigned within a Master Protocol to receive either retatrutide (N1T-MC-RT01), tirzepatide (N1T-MC-TZ01) or placebo. The trial plans to enroll about 4,500 adults and will run for approximately 224 weeks. Participants may have up to approximately 25 to 30 clinic visits throughout the study to monitor their health, complete study procedures, and assess liver function and disease progression. Once the study is complete, eligible participants may participate in an optional 2-year extension study, in which all participants will receive either retatrutide or tirzepatide, even if they received placebo in the main study.

Expand descriptionThis is a survey-based study conducted among cardiologists and nephrologists treating people with Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD), Heart Failure (HF) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Study participants will be recruited to complete self-administered online survey. The purpose of this research is to gather real-world evidence related to attitudes around systemic inflammation and specifically the awareness, perception, drivers and barriers, and use of hsCRP in clinical practice to identify systemic inflammation in people with ASCVD+CKD and HF.
