  • Safety, Efficacy, and Pharmacokinetics of BNT327 in Combination With Chemotherapy and Other Investigational Agents for Lung Cancer

This is a Phase 2/3, multisite, randomized, open-label study in participants with first-line non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study includes two substudies (substudy A and substudy B) that will recruit participants according to histological subtypes due to differences in chemotherapy choice for standard-of-care and type of NSCLC.

  • A Study to Investigate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Preliminary Effectiveness of GSK4418959 Alone or in Combination With Other Anti-cancer Agents in Participants With Solid Tumors

Solid tumours are abnormal lumps of tissue that can occur in different parts of the body. The tumours involved in this study have specific genetic characteristics that can make them more aggressive and challenging to treat. The study will test whether GSK4418959 alone or in combination with a PD-1 inhibitor agent can decrease tumor size, is safe, well-tolerated, and how amounts of the study drug decrease in the body over time.

  • Determination of the Glycemic Index Values of 10 Cereal-based Products

To determine the Glycemic index values for 10 cereal-based products

  • Study of Anti-CEACAM5 ADC M9140 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (PROCEADE PanTumor)

The PROCEADE PanTumor study aims to investigate M9140 in multiple tumor types which express carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5) and it is therefore designed as a matrix study. This study aims to assess the antitumor activity, tolerability, safety, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of M9140 as monotherapy or in combination treatments in adult participants with locally advanced/metastatic CEACAM5 expressing tumors. There will be 3 substudies under this Master Protocol that may be conducted in parallel. * PROCEADE PanTumor: A Phase 1b/2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study of Anti-CEACAM5 Antibody-Drug Conjugate M9140 in Participants with Advanced Gastric Cancer (Substudy GC); * PROCEADE PanTumor: A Phase 1b/2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study of Anti-CEACAM5 Antibody-Drug Conjugate M9140 in Participants with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (Substudy NSCLC); * PROCEADE PanTumor: A Phase 1b/2, Multicenter, Open Label Study of Anti-CEACAM5 Antibody-Drug Conjugate M9140 in Participants With Advanced Pancreatic Cancer (Substudy PDAC).

  • An Observational Study to Evaluate the ETX-4143 Device in Subjects With Ocular Hypertension

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the EyeCool ETX-4143 device in reducing intraocular pressure (IOP) in eyes with ocular hypertension, regardless of a formal diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma. The primary objective is to determine whether the EyeCool device can effectively lower IOP in individuals with elevated eye pressure. Participants currently using intraocular pressure-lowering medications but still experiencing elevated IOP may also be eligible to participate.

  • A Master Trial Assessing the Technical Feasibility of First-In-Human Real-Time Image Guided Radiation Therapy Methods

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine whether Real-Time Image Guided Radiation Therapy is a feasible method for radiation therapy delivery for patients with cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Can all fractions per patient which are intended to be delivered with the real-time IGRT method be completed as planned? * Can the beam accurately hit the tumour in =85% of fractions? * Are there any unexpected grade \>3 acute toxicities? Participants will not require any additional treatments or preparation procedures above those required for normal radiation therapy treatment, to participate in this study.

  • A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics (PK), and Antitumor Activity of ALK202 in Participants with Advanced Solid Tumors

TThis is a first-in-human (FIH), open-label, multicenter dose escalation and expansion study of ALK202. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and antitumor activity of ALK202 as a monotherapy in adult participants with Advanced Solid Tumors. The study will also identify recommended dose(s) for subsequent clinical studies of ALK202.

  • Tissue Repair Gel in Venous Leg Ulcers in AU/US

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if TR987 0.1% gel + Standard of Care works better than Standard of Care alone to treat Venous Leg Ulcers (VLUs). It will also provide additional information about the safety of drug TR987 0.1% gel.

  • A Trial of Amlenetug (Lu AF82422) in Participants With Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)

The main goal of this trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlenetug for the treatment of participants with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA).

  • A Study of BH-30643 in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC Harboring EGFR and/or HER2 Mutations

This Phase1/2, open label, multicenter study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of BH-30643 in patients with NSCLC having EGFR and/or HER2 mutations. Phase 1 will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and, if applicable, the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of BH-30643. Phase 2 will further evaluate the antitumor efficacy and safety in specified cohorts determined by EGFR/HER2 mutation subtypes and/or treatment history at the RP2D, as well as the population PK.
