Expand descriptionThis study evaluates the long-term safety and efficacy of the use of the Rigicon Infla 10® Three-Piece Inflatable Penile Prosthesis in patients with erectile dysfunction. This study follows patients implanted with the Rigicon Infla 10® Three-Piece Inflatable Penile Prosthesis for up to 3 years after implantation. This study will take approximately 6 months to enroll all subjects. (14 days, 6 weeks, 6 months, 12 months,18 months, 24 months, and 36 months, post-procedure. ) Subjects will be followed per protocol and institutional standard of care for ED and comorbidities.

Expand descriptionThe purpose of this study is to characterize the natural history through temporal systemic evaluation of subjects identified with PRPF31 mutation-associated retinal dystrophy, also called retinitis pigmentosa type 11, or RP11. Assessments will be completed to measure and evaluate structural and functional visual changes including those impacting patient quality of life associated with this inherited retinal condition and observing how these changes evolve over time.
