Study of Zanzalintinib in Combination With Immuno-Oncology Agents in Participants With Solid Tumors
Expand descriptionThis is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of zanzalintinib administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in participants with advanced solid tumors. In the Expansion Stage, the safety and efficacy of zanzalintinib as monotherapy and in combination therapy will be further evaluated in tumor-specific Expansion Cohorts.

New Diagnostics in Neutropenia
Expand descriptionMortality due to bloodstream infections in patients with neutropenia and haematological malignancies is high and optimal management is hampered by long turnaround times of conventional blood cultures. This is an observational study to assess the performance of T2 magnetic resonance, in diagnosing proven, probable and possible bloodstream infections as well as its theoretical impact on antimicrobial prescriptions in neutropenic patients with acute leukemia and bone marrow recipients.

A Study of Mezagitamab in Adults With Primary Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy Receiving Stable Background Therapy
Expand descriptionThis study will have two parts. The main aims are to: * check the side effects from mezagitamab. * check for long-term side effects from mezagitamab. Before starting the study, participants will be asked to provide a 24-hour urine sample. A few weeks later, if enrolled they will begin receiving a subcutaneous injection (under the skin) of mezagitamab once a week for 8 weeks then once every 2 weeks for 16 weeks. When treatment has ended, there will be a 24-week follow-up period. Participants who receive benefit from the treatment may continue in the second part of the study where they will be monitored for up to 96 weeks and possibly retreated for another 24 weeks.

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Chemotherapy in Mismatch Repair Deficient (dMMR) Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Carcinoma (MK-3475-C93/KEYNOTE-C93/GOG-3064/ENGOT-en15)
Expand descriptionThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of treatment with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) compared to a combination of carboplatin and paclitaxel in women with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) advanced or recurrent endometrial carcinoma who have not previously been treated with prior systemic chemotherapy. The primary study hypotheses are that pembrolizumab is superior to the combination of carboplatin and paclitaxel with respect to Progression Free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by Blinded Independent Central Review (BICR) and Overall Survival (OS).
