A Study to Determine the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Preliminary Efficacy of ABBV-927 With ABBV-368, Budigalimab (ABBV-181) and/or Chemotherapy in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
Expand descriptionA study evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-927 with ABBV-368, Budigalimab (ABBV-181) and/or chemotherapy in participants with selected solid tumors. This study consists of 2 main parts, a dose-escalation phase and a dose-expansion phase. The dose-expansion phase can begin once the recommended phase 2 dose/maximum tolerated dose (RP2D/MTD) is determined in the dose-escalation phase.

Combination Pharmacological Interventions for Multiple Mechanisms of Obstructive Sleep Apnea
Expand descriptionCurrently, there is no pharmacological intervention for OSA that targets multiple pathophysiological deficits in combination. Here the investigators study the effect on sleep apnea severity of combinations of pharmacological agents that stimulate the pharyngeal muscles, stabilize ventilatory control, and increase the arousal threshold.

Intralesional Cemiplimab for Adult Patients With Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma or Basal Cell Carcinoma
Expand descriptionThis study is researching an experimental drug called cemiplimab. The study is focused on Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CSCC) and Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC). The aim of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability (how your body reacts to the drug) of cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810). The first part of the study tested several different doses of cemiplimab given weekly for 12 weeks. The study is also looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * To see effect of cemiplimab on the tumor * How much study drug is in the blood at different times

A Study to Assess the Anti-Tumor Activity and Safety of Odronextamab in Adult Patients With B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Who Have Been Previously Treated With Other Cancer Therapies
Expand descriptionThis study is researching an investigational drug, odronextamab, in adult patients B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (B-NHL). The main purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of odronextamab in destroying cancer cells and to learn more about the safety of odronextamab. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * To see if odronextamab works to destroy cancer cells * Side effects that may be experienced by people taking odronextamab * How odronextamab works in the body * How much odronextamab is present in the blood
