  • A Study Evaluating the Long-term Safety and Efficacy of VX-445 Combination Therapy

The study evaluates the long-term safety and tolerability of VX-445 in triple combination (TC) with tezacaftor (TEZ) and ivacaftor (IVA) in subjects with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are homozygous or heterozygous for the F508del mutation

  • A Phase 3 Study of VX-445 Combination Therapy in Subjects With Cystic Fibrosis Heterozygous for the F508del Mutation and a Minimal Function Mutation (F/MF)

This study will evaluate the efficacy of VX-445 in triple combination (TC) with tezacaftor (TEZ) and ivacaftor (IVA) in subjects with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are heterozygous for F508del and a minimal function mutation (F/MF subjects).

  • A Maintenance Study of Mirikizumab in Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirikizumab as maintenance therapy in participants who completed as clinical responders in the prior 12-week induction study LUCENT-1 (NCT03518086).

  • A Study of CS1002 in Subjects with Advanced Solid Tumors

This is a multicenter, open-label, multiple dose, dose escalation phase I study to evaluate the clinical safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy of CS1002.

  • A Medical Research Study Designed to Determine if Venglustat Can be a Future Treatment for ADPKD Patients

Primary Objective: To determine the effect of venglustat on the rate of total kidney volume (TKV) growth (Stage 1) and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) decline in participants at risk of rapidly progressive Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) (Stage 2). Secondary Objectives: * To determine the effect of venglustat on the rate of renal function decline (Stage 1) and on the rate of TKV growth (Stage 2). * To evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) of venglustat in ADPKD participants (Stages 1 and 2). * To determine the effect of venglustat on pain and fatigue, based on participant reported diary (Stages 1 and 2). * Safety/tolerability objectives: * To characterize the safety profile of venglustat (Stages 1 and 2). * To evaluate the effect of venglustat on mood using Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI-II) (Stages 1 and 2). * To evaluate the effect of venglustat on the lens by ophthalmological examination (Stages 1 and 2).

  • DS-8201a in Pre-treated HER2 Breast Cancer That Cannot be Surgically Removed or Has Spread [DESTINY-Breast02]

This study will compare DS 8201a to standard treatment. Participants must have HER2 breast cancer that has been treated before. Their cancer: * cannot be removed by an operation * has spread to other parts of the body

  • A Study in Ovarian Cancer Patients Evaluating Rucaparib and Nivolumab as Maintenance Treatment Following Response to Front-Line Platinum-Based Chemotherapy

This is a Phase 3, randomized, multinational, double-blind, dual placebo-controlled, 4-arm study evaluating rucaparib and nivolumab as maintenance treatment following response to front-line treatment in newly diagnosed ovarian cancer patients. Response to treatment will be analyzed based on homologous recombination (HR) status of tumor samples.

  • Bipolar Androgen Therapy + Carboplatin in mCRPC

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of BAT and carboplatin in men with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).

  • Phase I, Pharmacokinetic, Safety and Tolerability Study in Healthy Volunteers

This is a randomized, double-blind, 3-arm, parallel-group single-dose study to compare the PK, PD, safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of LusiNEX (Mycenax tocilizumab) versus RoActemra (EU tocilizumab) and Actemra (US tocilizumab) after a single IV infusion of 4 mg/kg in healthy volunteers (hereafter referred to as subjects). The therapeutic dose of tocilizumab starts with 4 mg/kg and ranges to 12 mg/kg, considering 4 mg/kg is the lowest dose, the same has been selected for the study.

  • Effect of Sotagliflozin on Cardiovascular Events in Participants With Type 2 Diabetes Post Worsening Heart Failure (SOLOIST-WHF Trial)

Primary Objective: To compare the effect of sotagliflozin to placebo on the total occurrences of cardiovascular (CV) death, hospitalization for heart failure (HHF), and urgent visit for heart failure (HF) in hemodynamically stable participants after admission for worsening heart failure (WHF) Secondary Objectives: To compare the effects of sotagliflozin to placebo on: * The total occurrences of HHF and urgent visit for HF * The occurrence of CV death * The occurrence of all-cause mortality * The total occurrences of CV death, HHF, urgent visit for HF, non-fatal myocardial infarction (MI), and non-fatal stroke * Change in Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire-12(KCCQ-12) score * Change in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)
