  • A Study of Eloralintide (LY3841136) in Participants With Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Obesity or Overweight

    The purpose of the studies is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of eloralintide in participants with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea and obesity or overweight. YDAO is a master protocol designed to support two independent studies: YSA1 and YSA2. Study YSA1 will include participants who are unable or unwilling to use Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy and study YSA2 will include participants who are on PAP therapy for at least 3 months at time of screening and plan to continue PAP therapy during the study. Participants will be assigned to the Intervention-Specific Appendix (ISA) that reflects their current PAP usage. Participation in the study will last about 76 weeks.

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of inavolisib in combination with fulvestrant compared with inavolisib in combination with fulvestrant in participants with PIK3CA-mutated, HR-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer (LA/mBC) in the post-cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (CDKi) setting.

  • Scaffold-guided Breast Implant Revision and Primary Breast Augmentation Surgery

    The objective of the clinical investigation is to demonstrate safety and clinical performance of the absorbable polycaprolactone (PCL) breast scaffold combined with autologous fat grafting (AFG) for primary breast augmentation and breast augmentation revision surgery following previous breast implant insertion. The material (PCL) has been in clinical use for many decades and is absorbable. This study follows the successful completion of a 2-year evaluation of the safety and feasibility of this technique performed by the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05437757). The main question it aims to answer is: "Is PCL Breast Scaffold with autologous fat graft a safe and effective method for soft tissue reconstruction following breast implant revision and for primary breast augmentation?". Participants will: * Undergo removal of their existing silicone breast implant (only for participants undergoing breast implant revision, if the implant has not been previously removed), * Receive implantation of a PCL Breast Scaffold combined with autologous fat grafting (AFG), and * Attend follow-up visits at 1 week, 3 months, 6 months, and annually for up to 5 years for clinical assessments and questionnaires.

  • A Study to Find Out How Nerandomilast is Tolerated, Handled by the Body, and if it Helps Children and Adolescents With Interstitial Lung Disease (FIBRONEER-chILD)

    This study is open to children and adolescents aged 2 to 17 years with interstitial lung disease (ILD). Nerandomilast has just been approved in some countries to help adults with a lung condition called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The purpose of this study is to understand how nerandomilast is tolerated and handled by the body and whether nerandomilast also helps children and adolescents with ILD. For participants aged 6 to 17 years when joining, the study has 2 parts. In the first part, participants are put into 1 of 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group gets nerandomilast and the other group placebo. Placebo looks like nerandomilast but does not contain any medicine. Participants are twice as likely to be in the nerandomilast group. They take tablets twice a day for 6 months. After these 6 months, in the second part of this study, they get nerandomilast for at least 2 years regardless of what they got in the first part. Young participants aged 2 to 5 years when joining get nerandomilast from the start. They receive tablets twice a day for at least 2 and a half years. Depending on when a person joins, the study lasts between 2 and a half years and up to 5 years. During this time, participants may visit the study site about 18 to 30 times. Study doctors collect blood samples to check participants' health and to find out how their body handles the study medicine. Doctors also check the function of the lungs, body growth, and how participants feel. The study doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any changes. For participants aged 6 to 17 years, the results are compared between the groups to see whether nerandomilast treatment helps children and adolescents.
