Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) in Post Platinum and Post Immunotherapy Endometrial Cancer (MK-2870-005)
Expand descriptionResearchers are looking for new ways to treat people with endometrial cancer (EC) who have previously received treatment with platinum based therapy (a type of chemotherapy) and immunotherapy. Immunotherapy is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. This clinical study will compare sacituzumab tirumotecan to chemotherapy. The goal of the study is to learn if people who receive sacituzumab tirumotecan live longer overall and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who receive chemotherapy.

Study of ARO-DUX4 in Adult and Adolescent Patients With Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy Type 1
Expand descriptionThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of ARO-DUX4 in participants with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy Type 1 (FSHD1). In Part 1 of the study, participants will receive one dose of ARO-DUX4 or placebo. In Part 2 of the study, participants will receive 4 doses of ARO-DUX4 or placebo. Participants who complete Part 1 will have the option to re-screen and re-randomize into Part 2. All participants will undergo pre- and post-dose MRI-guided muscle biopsies (a total of 2 biopsies). Participants who complete Part 1 and enroll in Part 2 will be required to undergo an additional screening biopsy. Participants completing Part 1 or Part 2 may have the option to continue to receive drug in an open-label extension study or may be eligible to participate in later-stage clinical studies.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Subcutaneous Amlitelimab Monotherapy Compared With Placebo in Participants Aged 12 Years and Older With Moderate-to-severe Atopic Dermatitis
Expand descriptionThis is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled, 3-arm monotherapy study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD), whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for SC injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe AD aged 12 years and older. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have an option to enter a separate study: the blinded extension study EFC17600 (ESTUARY). For participants not entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 44 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 24-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. For participants entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 28 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening and a 24-week randomized double-blind period. The total treatment duration will be up to 24 weeks. The total number of visits will be up to 10 visits (or 9 visits for those entering the blinded extension study EFC17600\] (ESTUARY).

Ventilation Imaging to Improve the Quality of Life for Patients With Lung Cancer Treated With Radiation Therapy
Expand descriptionThis research project is testing a new treatment planning method for patients with lung cancer who will be treated with radiation therapy. This new method is called Computed Tomography (CT) ventilation imaging. It aims to help protect the healthiest parts of patient's lungs from being injured by the radiation therapy. The investigators will determine whether healthy lung sparing can improve the quality of life in these patients.

Ivosidenib in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Conventional Chondrosarcoma Untreated or Previously Treated With 1 Systemic Treatment Regimen
Expand descriptionStudy CL3-95031-007 (CHONQUER) is a Phase 3, international, multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study of orally administered ivosidenib. Participants are required to have a histopathological diagnosis consistent with isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) gene-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic conventional chondrosarcoma Grades 1, 2, or 3 and not eligible for curative resection. IDH1 mutant status will be determined during pre-screening/screening phase. Participant must have radiographic progression/recurrence of disease according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST v1.1) and have received 0 to 1 prior systemic treatment regimen in the advanced/metastatic setting for conventional chondrosarcoma. The primary endpoint is progression-free survival (PFS) in Grades 1 and 2 participants. Key secondary endpoints are PFS in all randomized participants, overall survival (OS) in Grades 1 and 2 participants, and OS in all randomized participants. Participants who meet enrollment criteria will be randomized 1:1 to receive oral ivosidenib 500mg once daily, or a matching placebo once daily.
