  • A Prospective Longitudinal Study in Adults With Multifocal Motor Neuropathy

    This prospective longitudinal study will follow participants with Multifocal Motor Neuropathy over time and collect data on their clinical outcomes, quality of life, and use of health care resources. Participants will follow their regular visit schedule with their treating physician, except for an optional second visit occurring 7 to 14 days after the start of the study to collect biomarker data. No IMP will be administered.

  • IDE196 (Darovasertib) in Combination With Crizotinib as First-line Therapy in Metastatic Uveal Melanoma

    This is a Phase 2/3, multi-arm, multi-stage, open-label study of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A\*02:01 negative participants with metastatic uveal melanoma (MUM) who will be randomized to receive either IDE196 + crizotinib or investigator's choice of treatment (pembrolizumab, ipilimumab + nivolumab, or dacarbazine).

  • The Impact of Food on Gut Microbiome Composition - a Clinical Trial Determining the Influence of Diet in Gut Microbiome Colonisation and Host Health

    The goal of this clinical trial is to examine the impact of food derived bacteria on gut microbiome composition and host health. The main questions it aims to answer are: * what is the the rate of gastrointestinal colonisation of food derived bacteria? * what is the contribution of food derived bacteria to gut microbiome stability? Participants will complete a cross over feeding study of dietitian designed meals of known microbial load and will be asked to provide stool and blood samples for analysis.

  • The First-in-human Study of SRN-001 in Healthy Participants

    SRN-001 is a novel small interfering RNA (siRNA) drug being developed to treat fibrosis using Self Assembled Micelle inhibitory ribonucleic acid (SAMiRNA™) technology. Amphiregulin (AREG) is a growth factor involved in fibroblast proliferation and myofibroblast transformation which is the hallmark of fibrosis in lung and kidney tissues. AREG is a downstream gene overexpressed by Transforming growth factor-ß (TGF-ß) during fibrosis, promoting fibroblast to myofibroblast transition (FMT). SRN-001 is designed to downregulate generating amphiregulin by RNA interference (RNAi). The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in healthy participants. This trial is first-in-human clinical trial to develop SAMiRNA™ to utilize as therapeutic use.

  • Phase I/II Study of [225Ac]Ac-PSMA-R2 in PSMA-positive Prostate Cancer, With/Without Prior 177Lu-PSMA RLT

    This is an open label, phase I/II, multi-center study in adult participants with metastatic hormone sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) and with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have received prior anti-cancer treatment and have a positive 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET scan. The purpose of this study is to learn if the study drug, \[225Ac\]Ac-PSMA-R2, is safe and tolerable, and has anti-tumor activity in treated patients. Enrollment of all participants was not completed. The evaluated radioligand showed acceptable safety but limited benefit in metastatic prostate cancer

  • A Trial of Targeted Therapies for Patients With Slow-Flow or Fast-Flow Vascular Malformations

    Recent studies have demonstrated that growth of vascular malformations can be driven by genetic variants in one of 2 signalling pathways. Targeted drugs specific to these pathways have been developed and shown to be effective in treating cancer. This study will describe the effectiveness of (i) 48 weeks of alpelisib therapy for participants with slow-flow vascular malformations and a gene mutation in one of these signalling pathways (module 1) and (ii) 48 weeks of mirdametinib therapy for participants with fast-flow vascular malformations and a gene mutations in the other signalling pathway (module 2).
