  • A Trial of SHR8735 in Healthy Subjects

    This is a phase 1 open-label study.

  • Perioperative Enfortumab Vedotin (EV) Plus Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Cisplatin-Eligible Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (MIBC) (MK-3475-B15/ KEYNOTE-B15 / EV-304)

    The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor efficacy and safety of perioperative enfortumab vedotin (EV) plus pembrolizumab and radical cystectomy (RC) + pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) compared with the current standard of care (neoadjuvant chemotherapy \[gemcitabine plus cisplatin\] and RC + PLND) for participants with MIBC who are cisplatin-eligible. The primary hypothesis is perioperative EV and pembrolizumab and RC + PLND (Arm A) will achieve superior event free survival (EFS) compared with neoadjuvant gemcitabine + cisplatin and RC + PLND (Arm B).

  • Substudy 02D: Safety and Efficacy of Pembrolizumab in Combination With Investigational Agents or Pembrolizumab Alone in Participants With Melanoma Brain Metastasis (MK-3475-02D/KEYMAKER-U02)

    Substudy 02D is part of a larger research study that is testing experimental treatments for melanoma, a type of skin cancer. The larger study is the umbrella study. The goal of substudy 02D is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of investigational treatment arms in programmed cell-death 1 (PD-1) naïve or PD-1 exposed participants with melanoma brain metastasis (MBM) and to identify the investigational agent(s) that, when used in combination, are superior to the current treatment options/historical control available. As of amendment 2 (effective 01DEC2022) enrollment into the treatment arm of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib has been discontinued.

  • A Phase 1 Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of CBL-514 Injection on Convexity or Fullness of Abdominal Subcutaneous Fat in Healthy Volunteers

    The Phase 1 component of the study is a double-blind, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose (SAD) design intended to assess the safety, tolerability, and PK of CBL-514. The SAD part will involve 9 proposed dosing cohorts.

  • Study of JDQ443 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring the KRAS G12C Mutation

    This is a phase Ib/II open label study. The escalation part will characterize the safety and tolerability of JDQ443 single agent and JDQ443 in combination with the other study treatments (TNO155 and tislelizumab) in advanced solid tumor patients. After the determination of the maximum tolerated dose / recommended dose for a particular treatment arm, dose expansion will assess the anti-tumor activity and further assess the safety, tolerability, and PK/PD of each regimen at the maximum tolerated dose / recommended dose or lower dose.

  • Influence of Osteoarthritis Information on Treatment Beliefs

    The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of educational information, with and without a general practitioner recommendation to exercise, on willingness to undertake exercise/physical activity for knee osteoarthritis. Eligible participants will be aged 45+ years and will not currently have osteoarthritis, knee pain, or any condition that makes them unable to exercise. Participants will be asked to complete an online survey, during which they will be randomised to one of three groups and shown different types of educational information to read. Outcome measures will be collected as part of the survey before and after participants read the educational information presented to them.

    This clinical study is a global, prospective, multi-center, randomized controlled trial to determine if the use of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) as an adjunctive imaging modality and as an interventional treatment guide will result in a more accurate diagnosis of deep vein occlusion (DVO), will guide optimal therapy, and will provide better clinical outcomes with reduced cost of care for patients presenting with persistent venous leg ulcers (VLUs).

    To evaluate whether Fuzuloparib plus AA-P is superior to placebo plus AA-P as first-line treatment by assessment of radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) in mCRPC subjects unselected for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage repair deficiencies (DRD) status (Cohort 1) to evaluate whether Fuzuloparib plus AA-P is superior to placebo plus AA-P as first-line treatment by assessment of rPFS in mCRPC subjects harboring DRD (Cohort 2).
