  • Trastuzumab Deruxtecan in Participants With HER2-mutated Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

This study was designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of trastuzumab deruxtecan in HER2-mutated metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) participants who had disease recurrence or progression during/after at least one regimen of prior anticancer therapy (second line or later) that must have contained a platinum-based chemotherapy drug.

  • Study of AZD5305 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Anti-cancer Agents in Patients With Advanced Solid Malignancies

This research is designed to determine if experimental treatment with PARP inhibitor, AZD5305, alone, or in combination with anti-cancer agents is safe, tolerable, and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced solid tumors.

  • Uncovering a Novel Therapeutic Target to Reduce Dementia Risk in Parkinson's Disease

The present study is a proof-of-concept clinical trial to test the efficacy of low doses of a repurposed anti-epileptic drug (levetiracetam) in treating memory problems in Parkinson's disease (PD). Neuroimaging techniques will be used to determine the effect of the drug on specific brain regions (hippocampal subfields). Finally, baseline brain activity of PD patients with memory problems will be compared to PD patients without memory problems and healthy older adults to determine if activity in specific brain regions (hippocampal subfields) can be used to predict memory problems in PD. This information will be useful for future clinical trials to target drugs to these brain regions.

  • Efficacy and Safety of Inhaled AZD1402 Administered for Four Weeks in Adults With Asthma on Medium-to-High Dose Inhaled Corticosteroids

This is a randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blinded, multi-centre, 2-part study to assess the efficacy and safety of inhaled AZD1402. Part 1 will be performed in a Lead-in Cohort for each dose level to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) in a population with asthma controlled on medium dose inhaled corticosteroids (ICS)-long acting beta agonists (LABA) before progressing to dosing in adults with asthma who are uncontrolled on medium-to-high dose ICS-LABA in Part 2. The study will recruit participants receiving treatment with medium dose ICS with LABA for Part 1 and participants receiving treatment with medium-to-high dose ICS with LABA for Part 2 (separate inhalers or combination product). Part 2 will be initiated following evaluation of safety and PK at the relevant dose level in Part 1a. The entire study period for each participant in both Parts 1 and 2, is approximately 3.5 months; a 2-week Screening Period, a 4 week Run-in Period, 4 weeks of Treatment Period, and 4 weeks of Follow-Up Period.

  • Compare the Efficacy and Safety of 1PC111 With Pitavastatin and Ezetimibe in Patients With Primary Hypercholesterolemia or Mixed Dyslipidemia

The study is to evaluate whether the efficacy of 1PC111 is superior to pitavastatin and ezetimibe in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidemia in the 12 week treatment period.

  • Isatuximab in Combination With Novel Agents in RRMM - Master Protocol

The purpose of this umbrella study is to evaluate isatuximab when combined with novel agents with or without dexamethasone in participants with relapsed or refractory myeloma. Substudy 01 is the control Substudy. Substudies 02, 03, and 06 are controlled experimental substudies. Substudies 04 and 05 are independent experimental substudies.

  • Management of Type 1 Supracondylar Humeral Fractures

This study compares the clinical outcomes of treating pediatric Type 1 supracondylar fracture with a long arm soft cast and no clinical or radiographic follow-up versus the standard treatment in a long arm cast with clinical follow-up. This is the first multicenter randomized control trial looking at the clinical effectiveness, safety and parental satisfaction of managing inherently stable Type I supracondylar fractures without clinical or radiological follow-up. If found to be safe; children can be managed effectively without in-person follow-up, freeing clinic appointments to children on the waiting list and in these COVID times avoiding unnecessary contacts.

  • Phase III Study to Determine Efficacy of Durvalumab in Stage II-III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) After Curative Intent Therapy.

This is a Phase III double-blind, placebo-controlled study of Durvalumab versus Placebo in patients with stage II-III NSCLC who are MRD-positive following curative intent therapy.

  • A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of RO7296682 in Combination With Atezolizumab in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors.

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary anti-tumor activity of RO7296682 in combination with Atezolizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
