The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended dose for expansion (RDFE), safety and tolerability of BGB-10188 as monotherapy in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) mature B-cell malignancies; in combination with zanubrutinib in participants with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) or R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); and in combination with tislelizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.

Testing the Efficacy of the Ability School Engagement Partnership Program (ASEP)
This project is an up-scaled test of the Ability School Engagement Partnership (ASEP) Project. The ASEP is a partnership program that aims to increase school attendance and is grounded in the theory of Third-Party-Policing (TPP). In ASEP, school-based police officers partner with schools (i.e., the third-party) who have legal powers to control and prevent school absenteeism. The ASEP intervention includes an ASEP conference in which the legal requirements to attend school are explicitly communicated in a procedurally just way to young people missing school and their parents/guardians. Restorative Outcomes Australia (ROA) is a provide provider partner who will oversee the facilitation of the ASEP conferences. While the program is designed to re-engage these young people in school and/or facilitate transitions to work and reduce antisocial behavior (e.g., delinquency), this trial will also test the capacity of the program to improve collaboration between the schools and police and also monitor young participants' future life outcomes, such as future welfare dependence.

Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of PF-06939926 for the Treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
The study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of gene therapy in boys with DMD. It is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study with two thirds of participants assigned to gene therapy. The one third of participants who are randomized to the placebo arm will have an opportunity for treatment with gene therapy at the beginning of the second year.

Efficacy and Safety APT-1011 in Adult Subjects With Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) (FLUTE-2)
This is a 2-part randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study followed by an open-label extension (OLE) of APT-1011 in adults with EoE. Part A will evaluate the efficacy and safety of APT-1011 3 mg administered hora somni (HS; at bedtime) for the induction of response to treatment (histologic and symptomatic) over 12 weeks. Part B will evaluate histological relapse-free status in patients re-randomized to continue APT-1011 or placebo (active treatment withdrawal) until Week 52. Part C, the OLE, will continue until regulatory approval of APT-1011 or Sponsor termination of the study.

Study of Efficacy and Safety of Brolucizumab Versus Panretinal Photocoagulation Laser in Patients With Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of brolucizumab compared to panretinal photocoagulation laser (PRP) in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). This evaluation will provide information that brolucizumab is non-inferior to PRP with respect to the change in best corrected visual acuity at Week 54.

Study of Bcl-2 Inhibitor Sonrotoclax (BGB-11417) in Participants With Mature B-Cell Malignancies
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability; and to define the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D); and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the ramp-up dosing schedule and at the RP2D of BGB-11417 monotherapy, and when given in combination with zanubrutinib and obinutuzumab.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate superiority of macitentan 75 milligrams (mg) in prolonging the time to the first clinical events committee (CEC)-adjudicated morbidity or mortality (M/M) event in participants with symptomatic pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) compared to macitentan 10 mg.

DRAGON 1- Training, Accreditation, Implementation and Safety Evaluation of Combined PVE/HVE
Brief Summary: Some colorectal liver metastases can only be resected after inducing liver regeneration by portal vein embolization (PVE) to increase size function of the future liver remnant (FLR). While PVE is standard, embolization of portal vein and hepatic veins (PVE/HVE) on one side of the liver may faster and more extensive liver size and function growth. PVE/HVE is a novel procedure and requires a safety and feasibility evaluation in a pretrial (DRAGON1) to then be compared in a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to PVE (DRAGON 2).

AAV Gene Therapy Screening/Observational Protocol (ECLIPSE)
Freeline is developing adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector based gene therapies for a number of diseases and is actively advancing a programme in Haemophilia B (HB). This study aims to collect prospective data to characterise bleeding events and Factor IX (FIX) concentrate consumption in HB patients that can be used as baseline for participants who elect to participate in a subsequent Freeline gene therapy study. The study will also screen participants for antibodies to a novel AAV vector to assess their suitability for inclusion in a Freeline gene therapy treatment study.
