A Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Deucravacitinib in Participants With Active Discoid and/or Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (DLE/SCLE)
Expand descriptionThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of deucravacitinib (BMS-986165) compared with placebo in participants with active discoid and/or subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (DLE/SCLE). This study will also assess if deucravacitinib is biologically active and potentially effective in the treatment of participants with moderate to severe DLE/SCLE with or without systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) that is not well controlled with standard of care therapy.

A Study of BIIB067 (Tofersen) Initiated in Clinically Presymptomatic Adults With a Confirmed Superoxide Dismutase 1 Mutation
Expand descriptionThe primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of tofersen in presymptomatic adult carriers of a superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) mutation with elevated neurofilament (NF). The secondary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability tofersen and to evaluate the effect of tofersen on pharmacodynamics (PD)/treatment response biomarkers when initiated prior to versus at the time of emergence of clinically manifest amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

NTX-301 Monotherapy in Advanced Solid Tumours and in Combination With Platinum-based Chemotherapy in Advanced Ovarian & Bladder Cancer and in Combination With Temozolomide in High-grade Glioma
Expand descriptionThis is a Phase 1/2, open-label, dose-exploration, combination/expansion study, which will start by evaluating the safety and tolerability of NTX-301, an oral DNMT1 inhibitor, as a monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumours, who have failed treatment with available therapies known to be active for treatment of their corresponding disease. It will then explore the safety and tolerability of NTX-301 in combination with platinum-based therapy in patients with ovarian and bladder cancer. Optionally, the safety and tolerability of NTX-301 in combination with Temozolomide (TMZ) in patients with Isocitrate Dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) mutated high-grade glioma will also be assessed.
