A Study on Anticholinergic Use: Attribution of Overactive Bladder (OAB) Medications to the Anticholinergic Burden
Outpatients with at least one dispensing record of any medication will be included in the study. An index date will be assigned to each participant and prescription records for anticholinergics will be used in the study.

Phase 1 Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetic Profile of XNW7201 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors
The research project is testing this potential new medication for advanced solid tumours. This research project is being done to get more information about the study drug (XNW7201). The study drug is a potential new medication that blocks the activity of a protein found in cancer cells called Wnt. Studies have shown that, in cancer, Wnt is involved in the uncontrolled growth of cancer cells and helping them survive. It is hoped that by blocking the activity of Wnt, the study drug may decrease the growth of cancer cells and their survival. The purpose of this research is to check that the study drug is safe and to see how well it is tolerated in participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumours. Another purpose is to find out the highest dose that is well tolerated (called the maximum tolerated dose) and the right dose to use in future clinical research studies with this potential new medication.

Palbociclib, Letrozole & Venetoclax in ER and BCL-2 Positive Breast Cancer
This study is investigating the combination of palbociclib, letrozole and venetoclax in ER and BCL-2 positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. It is hypothesised that venetoclax may augment the actions of palbociclib and letrozole in these patient groups. The primary objective of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of the combination treatment, which can be used in subsequent studies. The study will also investigate disease response and survival. Participants will receive palbociclib (daily, on days 1-21 of each 28 day cycle), letrozole (daily, on days 1-28 of each 28 day cycle) and venetoclax (daily, on days 1-21 of each 28 day cycle) until the last patient has completed 18 months treatment on the study.

Phase 1 Study of PTX-100 in Patients With Advanced Malignancies With PTCL Expansion Cohort
This is an open-label, non-randomized study to evaluate the PD, PK, and safety of 500 to 2000 mg/m2 PTX-100 in patients with advanced malignancies. PTX-100 will be administered by IV infusion over 60 minutes on days 1 to 5 of a 14-day cycle for 4 cycles unless toxicity is observed. Dose escalation is complete and the expansion is open and actively recruiting PTCL patients.
