Study of MK-4830 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (MK-4830-001)
Expand descriptionThis study consists of several parts: dose escalation, dose expansion, dose expansion in Chinese participants residing in China, and coformulation. Dose escalation is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of MK-4830 monotherapy administration (Arms A and B) and in combination with pembrolizumab (Arm C). Dose expansion is to evaluate the objective response rate (ORR) of MK-4830 in combination with pembrolizumab (Arms A-F); evaluate the safety and tolerability of MK-4830 administered in combination with pembrolizumab, carboplatin, and pemetrexed (Arm G) and of MK-4830 administered in combination with pembrolizumab and lenvatinib (Arm H); evaluate the safety, tolerability and ORR of MK-4830 in combination with pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy (Arms I-L); and evaluate the safety and tolerability of MK-4830 in combination with pembrolizumab in Chinese participants from China (Arm M). The coformulation part (Arm N) evaluates the safety and tolerability of MK-4830A (coformulation of MK-4830 800 mg + pembrolizumab 200 mg). There is no formal hypothesis testing in this study.

Study of REGN4018 (Ubamatamab) Administered Alone or in Combination With Cemiplimab in Adult Patients With Recurrent Ovarian Cancer or Other Recurrent Mucin-16 Expressing (MUC16+) Cancers
Expand descriptionThe main purpose of this study is to: * Learn about the safety of ubamatamab and to find out what dose of ubamatamab can be given alone or with cemiplimab to patients with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * The study will also look at the levels of ubamatamab and/or cemiplimab in the body and measure how well the body can remove the study drug(s). This is called pharmacokinetics * The study will also look at any signs that ubamatamab alone or with cemiplimab can treat recurrent advanced ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * To find out how safe and tolerable pretreatment is in combination with ubamatamab and to see how well it works to prevent or minimize Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS)

A Study to Assess Frailty of Subjects During ZOSTER-006 and ZOSTER-022
Expand descriptionAs part of the ZOSTER-006 and ZOSTER-022 pivotal trials of the HZ/su vaccine, all study participants completed quality of life (QoL) questionnaires. The only questionnaires encoded into the data base were those from participants who developed a suspected shingles episode during the study. The purpose of this study is to allow for the encoding and analysis of questionnaires for all subjects enrolled in ZOSTER-006 and ZOSTER-022. The aim is to assess the baseline frailty of subjects enrolled in these studies and to investigate whether this population is representative of the general population.
