  • Efficacy and Safety in Patients With Primary IgA Nephropathy Who Have Completed Study Nef-301 (Nefigard-OLE)

This is a Phase 3b, multicenter, open-label extension (OLE) study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Nefecon treatment in patients with IgAN who have completed the Phase 3 Study Nef-301 and continue to be treated with a stable dose of RAS inhibitor therapy (ACEIs and/or ARBs). Patients who previously received Nefecon in Study Nef-301 will receive retreatment, whereas patients who previously received placebo in Study Nef-301 will be treatment naïve to Nefecon.

  • Impact of a Histamine H2 Receptor Antagonist (H2RA) on the Pharmacokinetics (PK) of Telaglenastat in Healthy Subjects

This study is designed to formally evaluate the impact of famotidine, an H2R antagonist, on the pharmacokinetics of telaglenastat. This study will be conducted in up to 22 healthy volunteers, who meet all of the inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria. The study is double-blinded, randomized 2-way crossover in design. Subjects will receive four 200 mg tablets of telaglenastat either in the presence or absence of 20 mg famotidine (H2R-antagonist) with a 4-day wash-out period in between each regimen.

  • A Study of JNJ-75348780 in Participants With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

The purpose of this study is to characterize safety and to determine the putative recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D\[s\]) and optimal dosing schedule(s) of JNJ-75348780 in participants with relapsed/ refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) in Part A and to further characterize the safety at the RP2D(s) in Part B.

  • A Study of Inebilizumab Efficacy and Safety in IgG4- Related Disease

  • A Phase 1b/2 Study of T-DXd Combinations in HER2-positive Metastatic Breast Cancer

DESTINY-Breast07 will investigate the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumour activity of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in combination with other anti-cancer agents in patients with HER2-positive Metastatic Breast Cancer

  • A Study of Combination Amivantamab and Carboplatin-Pemetrexed Therapy, Compared With Carboplatin-Pemetrexed, in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Characterized by Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) Exon 20 Insertions

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy, as demonstrated by progression-free survival (PFS), in participants treated with amivantamab in combination with chemotherapy, versus chemotherapy alone in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) characterized by EGFR Exon 20ins mutations.

  • Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment for Frail Older People With Chronic Kidney Disease - The GOAL Trial

The GOAL trial addresses patient-prioritised research topics and outcomes and will be conducted, disseminated and implemented in partnership with patients and their caregivers. This will be the first study, internationally, to evaluate the clinical and cost effectiveness of Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA), a highly promising intervention for improving patient-important health outcomes in frail older people with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

  • BonE and Joint Infections - Simplifying Treatment in Children Trial

This is a multi- centre trial of children with bone and joint infections (BJIs) at eight major paediatric hospitals in Australia and New Zealand. The primary objective is to establish if in children with acute, uncomplicated BJIs, entirely oral antibiotic treatment is not inferior to initial intravenous (IV) treatment for 1 to 7 days followed by an oral antibiotic course in achieving full recovery 3 months after presentation. Children will be randomly allocated to the 'entirely oral antibiotic' group or the 'standard treatment' group.

  • Natural History Study of Infants and Children With Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies

This is a multicenter, prospective, 2-year observational study in infants and children with developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEEs). The DEE currently being investigated is SCN1A-positive Dravet Syndrome.

  • Evaluation of ELX/TEZ/IVA in Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Subjects 2 Through 5 Years

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and efficacy of elexacaftor (ELX)/tezacaftor (TEZ)/ivacaftor (IVA) triple combination therapy in CF subjects 2 through 5 years of age.
