An Exploratory Investigation of the Use of Drive App to Measure Sleep Parameters in Users of CPAP Therapy
Expand descriptionThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability and suitability of the Drive app (app under test) to measure sleep parameters during CPAP use. This is a prospective, non-randomized, single arm exploratory study without blinding. Current users of CPAP therapy will be recruited for this study and will be provided with a smartphone (app under test installed) and a non-contact motion sensor in their home environment. These devices will measure sleep metrics such as sleep stages and breathing metrics that may be associated with sleep disordered breathing. Usage and setup instructions will be provided for the study. Participants will contribute up to 7 overnight recordings in the home environment and will complete daily questionnaires detailing their experience. The study may be completed in two distinct phases, with an analysis performed after each phase. Each phase is expected to last up to six weeks with the overall study duration taking up to 12 months.

Study to Assess Participant/Caregiver/Investigator Satisfaction of Video-Assisted Telenursing in Adult Participants With Parkinson's Disease Treated With Levodopa-Carbidopa Intestinal Gel
Expand descriptionParkinson's disease (PD) is a neurological condition, which affects the brain. PD gets worse over time, but how quickly it progresses varies a lot from person to person. Some symptoms of PD are tremors, stiffness, and slowness of movement. The purpose of this study is to see how feasible and how satisfied participants/caregivers/investigators are with video-assisted telenursing use in nurse support programs with LCIG. LCIG is an approved drug to treat PD. Approximately 50 adult participants with advanced PD will be enrolled in the study at approximately 10 sites across the world. The study has 2 groups. In one group, around 25 participants will receive nurse support using video devices. In the second group, around 25 participants will receive nurse support without using video devices. All participants will attend a baseline visit and follow up visits at Week 4 and Week 12. The planned observation period will be 12 weeks. Participants who are prescribed LCIG by their physicians will have three study related visits. Participants, caregivers, and investigators will be asked to complete questionnaires for the study.

Tucatinib, Trastuzumab, Ramucirumab, and Paclitaxel Versus Paclitaxel and Ramucirumab in Previously Treated HER2+ Gastroesophageal Cancer
Expand descriptionThis study is being done to see if tucatinib with trastuzumab, ramucirumab and paclitaxel works better than ramucirumab and paclitaxel to treat HER2-positive (HER2+) cancer of the gut (stomach or gastroesophageal cancer). This study will also look at what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything the drug does other than treating cancer. Study treatment will be given in 28-day cycles. In the Phase 2 part of the trial, participants and their doctors will know what drugs are being given (open-label). In the Phase 3 part, the study is "blinded." This means that participants, their doctor, and the study sponsor will not know which drugs are being given.

A Study of Oral Upadacitinib Tablets to Assess Treatment Patterns, Achievement of Treatment Targets and Maintenance of Response in Adult Participants With Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis
Expand descriptionRheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is an inflammatory disease of the joints causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. Despite the range of treatment options for RA steadily increasing, many patients remain sub-optimally managed, with sustained clinical remission rarely achieved. This study will assess the treatment patterns, achievement of treatment targets and maintenance of response. Upadacitinib is a drug approved for the treatment of moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. Adult participants with moderate to severe RA who have been prescribed upadacitinib by their physicians will be enrolled. Approximately, 1660 participants will be enrolled this study, worldwide. Participants will not receive Upadacitinib as part of this study, but will be followed for response to treatment for up to 24 months. There may be higher burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits, every 3 months, during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic and will be asked to provide additional information by questionnaire at each visit.

Expand descriptionThe aim of "iSCAD," the International Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) Registry, is to serve as an internationally collaborative, multicenter registry coordinated by an experienced and centralized coordinating center in an effort to increase the pace of participant recruitment, and thereby increase statistical power of studies related to SCAD. The ultimate goal of iSCAD Registry is to facilitate the development of best practices and clinical guidelines for preventing SCAD or its recurrence. This observational study will be prospective and retrospective in its recruitment and will collect clinical information to better understand the natural history and prognosis for SCAD.

Group 1: Wait-list control. One capsule OM85 (7.0 mg) will be given daily for 3 months, commencing in Month 3, with 3 months follow-up off treatment. Group 2: Initial treatment. One capsule OM85 (7.0 mg) will be given daily for 3 months, commencing on day 0, with 3 months follow-up off treatment.
