A Study of Tucatinib With Trastuzumab and mFOLFOX6 Versus Standard of Care Treatment in First-line HER2+ Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
Expand descriptionThis study is being done to find out if tucatinib with other cancer drugs works better than standard of care to treat participants with HER2 positive colorectal cancer. This study will also determine what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating your disease. Participants in this study have colorectal cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) and/or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). Participants will be assigned randomly to the tucatinib group or standard of care group. The tucatinib group will get tucatinib, trastuzumab, and mFOLFOX6. The standard of care group will get either: * mFOLFOX6 alone, * mFOLFOX6 with bevacizumab, or * mFOLFOX6 with cetuximab mFOLFOX6 is a combination of multiple drugs. All of the drugs given in this study are used to treat this type of cancer.

NUV-868 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Olaparib or Enzalutamide in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Expand descriptionNUV-868-01 is a first-in human, open- label, Phase 1/2 dose escalation and expansion study in patients with advanced solid tumors. The Phase 1 and 1b portions include patients with advanced solid tumors and are designed to determine the safety and the dose(s) of NUV-868 to be used as monotherapy and in combination with olaparib or enzalutamide for the Phase 2 portion. In Phase 2, NUV-868 in combination with olaparib or enzalutamide will be given to determine the safety and efficacy of these study treatments. One cohort of patients (with enzalutamide-naïve metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer) will be randomized to receive either NUV-868 monotherapy, enzalutamide monotherapy, or the combination of NUV-868 + enzalutamide. Patients will self-administer NUV-868 orally daily in 28-day cycles as monotherapy in Phases 1 and 2. In Phases 1b and 2, patients will self-administer NUV-868 orally daily in 28-day cycles in combination with olaparib or enzalutamide daily at standard prescribed doses (Phase 1b) or at the recommended Phase 2 combination dose (RP2cD) that is determined in Phase 1b. Patients will be treated until disease progression, toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or termination of the study.

The National Australian HCV Point-of-Care Testing Program - Minimal Dataset
Expand descriptionThe National Australian HCV Point-of-Care Testing Program will establish an observational cohort to evaluate whether scale-up of finger-stick point-of-care HCV testing increases diagnosis and treatment for HCV infection. Participants will be recruited from settings providing services to people with a risk factor for the acquisition of HCV infection (including drug treatment clinics, needle and syringe programs, homelessness settings, mental health services, prisons, and mobile outreach). All participants who undergo HCV point-of-care testing at the study site will be included in the data collection. Participants will not receive treatment as a part of this study. Participants who are HCV RNA positive will be linked to standard of care.

A Study of Pimitespib in Combination With Imatinib in Patients With GIST (CHAPTER-GIST-101)
Expand descriptionThis study consists of Dose escalation part and Expansion part. In Dose Escalation Part, the maximum tolerated dose of combination of pimitespib and imatinib in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) who are judged to be refractory to imatinib, estimate the recommended dose, evaluate safety and pharmacokinetics, and observe the antitumor effect. Expansion part consists of 3 arms. In Arm A, the efficacy and safety will be evaluated, which of the combination of pimitespib and imatinib in patients with GIST who have failed imatinib at doses below the MTD determined in Dose Escalation Part. In Arm B, the efficacy and safety of pimitespib monotherapy will be evaluated and the therapeutic effect of imatinib administration after pimitespib will be evaluated in an exploratory manner. In Arm C, the efficacy and safety of sunitinib monotherapy will be evaluated as reference data.
