Amplatzer Amulet LAAO vs. NOAC
Expand descriptionThe objective of this trial is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Amulet LAA occluder compared to NOAC therapy in patients with non-valvular AF at increased risk for ischemic stroke and who are recommended for long-term NOAC therapy. The clinical investigation is a prospective, randomized, multicenter active control worldwide trial. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio between the Amulet LAA occlusion device ("Device Group") and a commercially available NOAC medication ("Control Group"). The choice of NOAC in the Control Group will be left to study physician discretion.

A Study to Assess the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacodynamics, and Pharmacokinetics of Tazemetostat in Combination With Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab Versus Placebo in Combination With Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab in Adult Patients at Least 18 Years of Age With Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma.
Expand descriptionThe participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial studied the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 were designed to evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment. However, following an urgent safety measure, treatment with tazemetostat and placebo was discontinued, enrollment was stopped, and the study was unblinded. As a result, post-urgent safety measure analyses are descriptive in nature.

Enfortumab Vedotin and Pembrolizumab vs. Chemotherapy Alone in Untreated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Cancer
Expand descriptionThis study is being done to see how well two drugs (enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab) work together to treat patients with urothelial cancer. The study will compare these drugs to other drugs that are usually used to treat this cancer (standard of care). The patients in this study will have cancer that has spread from their urinary system to other parts of their body.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of ABBV-181 (Budigalimab) in Adult Participants With Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-1
Expand descriptionThis study will be conducted in two stages and will test the safety/tolerability, pharmacokinetics (how the body handles study drug) and pharmacodynamics (effects on the immune system and the virus) of the study drug ABBV-181 in Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-1 infected participants undergoing Antiretroviral therapy (ART) interruption.

Switch to Doravirine/Islatravir (DOR/ISL) in Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 (HIV-1) Participants Treated With Bictegravir/Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Alafenamide (BIC/FTC/TAF) (MK-8591A-018)
Expand descriptionThis study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of a switch to Doravirine/Islatravir (DOR/ISL) (MK-8591A) (a fixed dose combination of doravirine 100 mg and islatravir 0.75 mg) in participants living with human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) virologically suppressed on a regimen of bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (BIC/FTC/TAF). The primary hypothesis is that a switch to DOR/ISL (MK-8591A) will be non-inferior to continued treatment with BIC/FTC/TAF as assessed by the proportion of participants with HIV-1 ribonucleic acid (RNA) =50 copies/mL at Week 48. Participants who benefit from their assigned intervention (as determined by investigator) will be able to continue treatment through a 24-week study extension.

Safety and Efficacy of a Switch to Doravirine/Islatravir in Participants With HIV-1 (MK-8591A-017)
Expand descriptionThis study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of a switch to MK-8591A (a fixed dose combination of doravirine and islatravir) in human immunodeficiency virus -1 (HIV-1)-infected participants virologically suppressed on a protocol-specified antiretroviral regimen. The primary hypothesis is that a switch to MK-8591A will be non-inferior to continued treatment with baseline antiretroviral therapy (ART) as assessed by the percentage of participants with HIV-1 ribonucleic acid (RNA) =50 copies/mL at Week 48.

A Study of Pralsetinib Versus Standard of Care for First-Line Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Expand descriptionThis is an international, randomized, open-label, Phase 3 study designed to evaluate whether the potent and selective RET inhibitor, pralsetinib, improves outcomes when compared to a platinum chemotherapy-based regimen chosen by the Investigator from a list of standard of care treatments, as measured primarily by progression free survival (PFS), for participants with RET fusion-positive metastatic NSCLC who have not previously received systemic anticancer therapy for metastatic disease.

Study of Chemoradiotherapy With or Without Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) For The Treatment of Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer (MK-3475-A18/KEYNOTE-A18/ENGOT-cx11/GOG-3047)
Expand descriptionThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy compared to placebo plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy in participants with locally advanced cervical cancer. The primary hypotheses are that pembrolizumab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy is superior to placebo plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy with respect to progression-free survival and overall survival. Once the study objectives have been met or the study has ended, participants will be discontinued from this study and will be enrolled in an extension study to continue protocol-defined assessments and treatment.

Study of AMG 509 in Participants With Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer
Expand descriptionThe overall aim of the trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of AMG 509 (monotherapy and in combination with abiraterone acetate and enzalutamide) and to evaluate preliminary efficacy. As of Protocol Amendment 10 (09 July 2025), only Parts 4A expansion, 6, and 7 are open to accrual.
