    CKJX839D12302 is a pivotal Phase III study designed to test the hypothesis that treatment with inclisiran sodium 300 milligram (mg) subcutaneous (s.c.) administered on Day 1, Day 90, and every 6 months thereafter in patients at high cardiovascular (CV) risk without a prior major atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) event will significantly reduce the risk of 4-Point-Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events (4P-MACE) defined as a composite of CV death, non-fatal myocardial infarction (MI), non-fatal ischemic stroke, and urgent coronary revascularization, compared to placebo.

    The main purpose of this study is to explore experiences and understand the unmet needs of people with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) among those who are being managed with basal insulin and those who are insulin naïve in order to understand perspectives for a once weekly insulin option; including any potential barriers to being managed with insulin therapy overall. Study participants will be recruited to complete a 15-minute self-administered online survey.

  • A Study to Assess the Long-Term Safety and Efficacy of Lebrikizumab (LY3650150) in Participants 6 Months to <18 Years of Age With Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

    The main purpose of this study is to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of lebrikizumab in participants 6 Months to \<18 years of age with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. This study will last about 68 weeks and may include up to 16 planned visits. If participating in the optional extension as well, the study will last approximately 1 additional year for a total of up to 116 weeks and may include up to 29 scheduled visits.

  • Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, PK, and Efficacy of INX-315 in Patients With Advanced Cancer

    Incyclix Bio (Incyclix) is developing INX-315 as an oral, small molecule inhibitor of cyclin dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) for the treatment of human cancers. This first-in-human study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and preliminary antitumor activity of INX-315 in patients with recurrent advanced/metastatic cancer, including hormone receptor positive (HR+)/Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Negative (HER2-) breast cancer who progressed on a prior cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor (CDK4/6i) regimen, and CCNE1-amplified solid tumors who progressed on standard of care treatment. The study will be conducted in 3 parts: Part A (INX-315 monotherapy dose escalation and combination therapy with fulvestrant), Part B (ovarian cancer INX-315 monotherapy dose expansion), and Part C (INX-315 combination therapy with abemaciclib \[a CDK4/6i\] and fulvestrant \[a SERD\] in advanced/metastatic breast cancer; dose escalation and expansion).

  • A Study of Ripretinib vs Sunitinib in Patients With Advanced GIST With Specific KIT Exon Mutations Who Were Previously Treated With Imatinib

    This is a Phase 3, 2-arm, randomized, open-label, global, multicenter study comparing the efficacy of ripretinib to sunitinib in participants with GIST who progressed on first-line treatment with imatinib, harbor co-occurring KIT exons 11+17/18 mutations, and are without KIT exon 9, 13, or 14 mutations. Upon disease progression as determined by an independent radiologic review, participants randomized to sunitinib will be given the option to either crossover to receive ripretinib 150 mg QD or discontinue sunitinib.

  • Immunogenicity and Safety of the Concomitant Administration of OVX836 Influenza Vaccine, Quadrivalent Inactivated Influenza Vaccines and Placebo in Healthy Subjects.

    The present study OVX836-006 aims principally to: * Confirm feasibility of the concomitant administration of the vaccines under normal clinical conditions, i.e. as two separate concomitant injections into opposite arms; * Introduce an additional representative brand of Quadrivalent Inactivated Influenza Vaccines ; * Demonstrate the absence of interaction between OVX836 and Quadrivalent Inactivated Influenza Vaccines on the Hemagglutinin response; * Demonstrate the absence of interaction between OVX836 and Quadrivalent Inactivated Influenza Vaccines on the nucleoprotein response; * Evaluate the absolute vaccine efficacy of OVX836 compared to placebo in order to corroborate the efficacy signals previously detected in the OVX836 previous studies; * Evaluate the combined vaccine efficacy of OVX836 + Quadrivalent Inactivated Influenza Vaccines versus OVX836 + placebo, and versus double placebo.

  • An Open-label Study of Povetacicept in Autoantibody-Associated Glomerular Diseases

    The goal of this clinical study is to evaluate multiple dose levels of povetacicept in adults with immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy (IgAN), primary membranous nephropathy (pMN), lupus-related kidney disease (lupus nephritis - LN), or anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis (AAV) to determine if povetacicept is safe and potentially beneficial in treating these diseases. During the study treatment period, participants will receive povetacicept approximately every 4 weeks for 6 months, with the possibility of participating in a 6-month treatment extension period and an optional 52-week treatment extension period. Participants with IgAN and pMN may also receive povetacicept for an additional 52 weeks, if eligible.
